SALMON CREEK — Kirben Smoody of Salmon Creek won the top All-Star award at the Bonneville Power Administration High School Science Bowl. Smoody answered more toss-up questions in the morning than anyone else. Smoody is on the Salmon Creek Gnathostomata team.
