Hayden Hall scored 12 points and earned a spot on the all-tournament team as the Hawks ended their stay at the Energy Classic in Gillette, Wyo., with a victory.
The Hawks jumped out to an early 22-6 lead on Notre Dame from Calgary, Alberta. Notre Dame was unable to get within eight points of the Hawks the rest of the way.
“We played out best game of the tournament,” Hockinson coach Matt Gruhler said.
Doug Macdonald added nine points for the Hawks (3-9), who will return home and open play in the 2A Greater St. Helens League next Thursday against Woodland.
