What’s open and what’s closed on Christmas Eve:
• MAIL: Most post offices open regular Saturday hours, but Orchards and Cascade Park offices will close at noon. Regular home delivery.
• LIBRARIES: Closed. The Camas Public Library is closed until 10 a.m. Jan. 3.
• CLARK PUBLIC UTILITIES: Offices open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For 24-hour customer service, call 360-992-3000. For outages or emergencies, call 360-992-8000.
• VEHICLE EMISSIONS: Closed.
• LIQUOR STORES: State-operated stores open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. They will be closed Christmas Day.
• ZOO: Oregon Zoo open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• MARSHALL COMMUNITY CENTER: Open 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• FIRSTENBURG COMMUNITY CENTER: Open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• VETERANS MUSEUM: Closed.
• WESTFIELD VANCOUVER MALL: Open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Nordstrom open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• THE COLUMBIAN: Circulation customer service open 6 a.m. to noon.
