Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Diane and John Kaiser have purchased an office building at 1701 E. Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver, from Gatehouse Properties LLC. The purchase price was $375,000. Dr. Diane Kaiser offers counseling services for individuals and families. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the seller and Cory Stevens of Prudential Properties represented the buyer.

Fisticuffs Gym, offering boxing, jujitsu and MMC classes for all ages, has leased 7,800 square feet of warehouse space at 7110 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the tenant.

Pro Pac has renewed its lease of 14,992 square feet of industrial space at Columbia Tech Center, 1201 S.E. Tech Center Drive, Suite 170, Vancouver. Richard M. Sabel of CBRE represented the tenant.

Vibe Coffee and Bubble Tea House has leased the former Mugs Coffee space at Ziegler Retail Center, 9226 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver. Tim and La Hindman are the owners and operators of the business. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the tenant. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the landlord.

Western Allied Security and Patrol, specializing in security patrols, event security and executive protection services, has leased an executive office suite at 310 W. 11th St., Vancouver, from World Wide Ventures LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
