A big third quarter lifted the visitors to the nonleague win. Tumwater hit five 3-pointers in a 30-point third quarter that turned a seven-point halftime deficit into an eight-point lead.
Hockinson (1-5) had four players score in double figures, led by Justin Schauer’s 21 points. But the Hawks played much of the game without Doug Macdonald who suffered an apparent concussion in the first quarter.
