Battle Ground 73, Centralia 54 — Jake Bedford had 17 points, 10 rebounds and six assists as Battle Ground won a nonleague boys basketball game on Saturday at Centralia.
Serg Ovchinnikov led Battle Ground with 21 points, and Jamie Ford added 13. Ovchinnikov also had four steals and four assists. Battle Ground (2-1) steadily built their lead throughout the game.
Trevor Baumann scored 16 to lead Centralia, and Max Waring scored 15.
