Clark county health workers report

The Health Professions Quality Assurance office of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In October, the Board of Pharmacy charged pharmacy technician Tammy R. Mattox with unprofessional conduct. She allegedly diverted controlled substances from her place of employment for her own use.

In October, the Board of Pharmacy terminated the order of probation against pharmacy technician Yelena N. Storozhko.
