Berendsen Fluid Power, hydraulic equipment manufacturers, has leased 1,980 square feet of office space at Courtside Office Building, 7200 N.E. 41st St., Suite 102, Vancouver, from Summit Lane LLC. Doug Bartocci and Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord. Tom Usher and Matt Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Chansouk Choate, dba Rising Sun Teriyaki Grill, has leased 998 square feet of retail space at Gardner Center, 1710 S.W. Ninth Ave., Suite 114, Vancouver. Michelle Estep of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the tenant and the landlord.

Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has renewed their lease of 6,000 square feet of office space at 800 Franklin Building, 800 Franklin St., Suite 100, Vancouver, from Angelo Property Co. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant. Brett Irons of Jenkins-Bernhardt Coldwell Banker represented the landlord.

Cross Fit Epiphany has leased 2,400 square feet of office and warehouse space at East 18th Street Business Park, 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Daybreak Youth Services has leased 1,096 square feet of office space at Crestwood Business Center, 11818 N.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 307, Vancouver, from Angelo Property Co. JC Group LLC has purchased a local restaurant building at 7615 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Fortier Enterprises. The sale price was $515,000. Joseph Cho of Joseph Cho Realtors represented the buyer. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.
