Hudson’s Bay grad sworn in to U.S. Foreign Service

Walnut Grove — Heather Ward, 40, has been sworn in to the United States Foreign Service. Ward, who grew up in Clark County, attended Hudson’s Bay High School and Clark College, and worked at the Fort Vancouver Regional Library. She went on to get a degree in library science. During her appointment overseas, Ward will assist in nine different American embassy libraries across the Middle East. She and her husband, Chuck Fee, will make their home in Abu Dhabi.
