Felida — “We were at the kitchen table when my grandson, Easton Texeira, came in soaking wet,” wrote visiting grandmother Sharon Texeira. “Easton said he saved Mason, who is 3, from drowning in the deep end of the neighbors’ pool across the street. Easton saw that his little friend was drowning so he jumped in fully clothed, brought Mason to the side of the pool and helped him out. Easton is only 5. Both boys are OK. Thanks to three years of swimming lessons the outcome was good. Swimming lessons do pay off. He is my hero!”
