AM Investment Properties has leased 1,981 square feet of space at Orchards Center, 10411 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver, for a laundry and dry-cleaning business. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Amber Ham, of Uptown Therapeutic Massage, has leased 475 square feet of office space at Broadway Plaza, 2100 Broadway, Vancouver, from Toucan, Too LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Groups represented the landlord.

AVA Inc. dba Collier Prosthetics has leased 3,960 square feet of office space at Vancouver Mall Business Park, 5115 N.E. 94th Ave., Suite D, Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Groups represented the landlord.

Bowie Lies LLC, a construction firm, has purchased industrial property at 7016-7018 N.E. 40th Ave., Vancouver, from Kemeny Vancouver Plant LLC. The price was $2,300,000. Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer; David S. Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the seller.

Curves has leased 1,610 square feet of space at the 162nd Place Shopping Center, 1900 N.E. 162nd Ave., Vancouver, from Peterdort 162nd Place LLC. Todd Amacher of Elliott Associates represented the tenant; Matt Sichel of Elliott Associates represented the landlord.

RSVP Investments LLC has purchased 12,000 square feet of office space at Fieldstone Office Park, 11109 N.E. 14th St., Suite 14, Vancouver, from RH Fund I LLC. The price was $1,825,000.
