Bowie Lies LLC has purchased a 72,234-square-foot industrial building on 4.16 acres at 7016-7018 N.E. 40th Ave., Vancouver, from Kemeny Vancouver Plant LLC. The sale price was $2,300,000. Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer; Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the seller.

Express Fire Systems, providing fire protection services, has leased 2,800 square feet of industrial and office space at Whitney Industrial Park, 6600 N.W. Whitney Road, Suite C, Vancouver. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Gameplay has leased 2,337 square feet of retail space at Four Seasons Market Center, 2615 N.E. 112th Ave., Suite 2, Vancouver, from the Al Angelo Company. The anticipated move-in date is June 1. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented the landlord.

Milestone Retirement Communities has leased 2,696 square feet of office space at Park Tower V, 13115 N.E. Fourth St., Suite 120, Vancouver. Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

NW Tax Advisory Group, providing retirement and tax planning, has leased 2,677 square feet of office space at the Al Angelo Building, 400 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 200, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is July 1. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented the landlord. Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Resource Staffing Services, a human services company, has leased 2,724 square feet of office space at 501 S.E. Columbia Shores Blvd., Suite 1000, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Friday. Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Valerie McCoy, dba Breakfast at Valerie’s, has leased 3,858 square feet of retail space at Cascade Village, 516 S.E. Chkalov Drive, Suite 50, Vancouver, from the Angelo Property Co.
