Hazel Dell — Baseball season is here, and the Hazel Dell Little League knows it. Thirty-three teams celebrated opening day March 19 at H.B. Fuller Company Park in Salmon Creek.

During the ceremony, 4-year-old Andrew Stein carried the flag that signaled the start of the season. The all-volunteer organization has more than 300 players ages 4 to 17 and is more than 50 years old.

During the opening day ceremonies, Clark County Commissioner Tom Mielke threw the first pitch.
