Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Community Home Health & Hospice, a nonprofit health care agency, has purchased property at Northeast 136th Circle in the Salmon Creek area, with plans to construct an office for staff who visit home-bound patients throughout Clark County, plus an on-site Hospice Care Center. The project was made possible in part by a donation of property by Ronald E. Wilson and Jan D. Quann of Vancouver.

D&W NW LLC has purchased an industrial building with 10,000 square feet of flex space at 1714 Broadway, Vancouver, from Donna Jensen Family LLC. The sale price was $620,000. Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented the seller; Kevin Wingate-Pearse of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented the buyer.

Dr. Calvin Taylor has leased 1,200 square feet of warehouse and office space at 18th Street Business Park, 5601 E. 18th St., Suite 203, Vancouver, for a spiritual music concert and publication business. Kelly Shea and Shannon Benshoof of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented the landlord and the tenant.

Karl Storz Imaging, producing and selling medical instruments and devices, has leased 1,200 square feet of warehouse and office space at 18th Street Business Park, 5601 E. 18th St., Suite 207, Vancouver. Kelly Shea and Shannon Benshoof of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented the landlord and the tenant.
