Anewin LLC, providing manufacturing, sales and distribution of electrical components, has leased 2,061 square feet of flex space at EastRidge Business Park, 12606 N.E. 95th St., Suite 120, Vancouver. Byron Roselli and Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Buxman Financial Services has leased 1,438 square feet of retail space at Stonemill Retail Center, 13513 S.E. Third Way, Suite 200, Vancouver. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the landlord.

Chau Living Trust has purchased a 6,000-square-foot retail building at 222-228 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas from Fourth Avenue Investors LLC. The purchase price was $526,500. Greg Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the seller.

Edward Jones & Company has leased 1,193 square feet of office space at Esther Short Commons, 505 W. Eighth St., Suite C, Vancouver, from the city of Vancouver. Greg Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the tenant.

Jeff and Rachelle Sparacio have purchased the former Oxford Athletic Club at 7588 Delaware Lane, Vancouver, from Angela Friauf. Kelly Shea and Shannon Benshoof of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the seller.
