Team outlook: The Hawks will hope to make the most of youthful enthusiasm. With only five seniors with varsity football experience in the program — one on the offensive line — the Hawks are tweaking their offense to include more zone blocking schemes. The good news for Hockinson? Washougal and Woodland also are inexperienced. The bad news? Only two teams from the 2A GSHL qualify for the playoffs, and Mark Morris and R.A. Long have veteran teams.
