Game notes: Washougal turned a broken play into a touchdown and a victory over winless Woodland last week. Instead of kicking the game-winning FG, Colton Sullivan threw a game-winning TD pass. It helps having your QB as your placekicker. Now, the Panthers face what is basically a playoff game for them. A loss will eliminate Washougal from the postseason and clinch a berth for Mark Morris. Even with a win over the Monarch, Washougal would still need to beat Hockinson next week to keep the playoff window open.
