The Wildcats defense shut down host Ilwaco from the get-go as La Center won its fourth game of the season.
La Center held Ilwaco to 127 total yards with 80 of those coming in the latter part of the game.
Ryan Kulla rushed for almost as many yards as Ilwaco had as a team, going for 120 yards on 15 carries and a touchdown for La Center.
La Center coaches pointed out defensive tackles Bobby Cupfer and Mike Hantho had solid efforts in shutting down Ilwaco.
