Babrak Amiri, an investor, has purchased a 9,194-square-foot two-story office building on 0.23 of an acre at 100 E. 13th St., Vancouver, from 13th & Main LLC. The purchase price was $1,050,000. Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer; KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.
Southwest Clean Air Agency, responsible for enforcing federal, state and local outdoor air quality standards and regulations in Southwest Washington, has renewed its lease of 5,856 square feet of office space at EastRidge Business Park, 11815 N.E. 99th St., Suite 1294, Vancouver.
