Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Allstate Insurance Company renewed their lease of 2,408 square feet of office space at EastRidge Business Park, 12606 N.E. 95th St., Suite VC-170, Vancouver. Byron Roselli and Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Cascade Home Sales, providing mortgages and real estate sales, has leased 659 square feet of office space from The Weis Family at One Towncenter, 18110 S.E. 34th St., Suite 102, Vancouver. The move-in date is July 1. Byron Roselli and Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Children’s Center, providing health services for the well being of children, youth and families, has leased 3,210 square feet of office space from Clark County at 500 W. Eighth St., Suite 100, Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Columbia River Natural Pet Foods, and Sandy and Kent Stuart, have leased 3,200 square feet of industrial space from Robinwood Investments at Whipple Creek Business Park, 1108 N.E. 146th St., Suite G, Vancouver. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker represented the tenant; William Connelly of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
