Whiskers is an 8-year-old, female, tortoise-shell/white domestic short hair. She came to us when her owner passed away and there was no one else that could keep her. She has had a sheltered life so far and is not too fond of busy homes with other pets or kids younger than 10. She wants a nice, quiet home where she can get lots of love and attention from just a couple of people. In a quiet home, she can be herself and becomes very affectionate and loves to lie on laps and talk to you.
Eeyore is an 8-month-old American pit bull terrier. Eeyore is hoping to find his forever home with a homeowner who has a big fenced yard to run and play in. He is eager to learn, and very treat motivated. Eeyore is good with cats, other dogs and people of all ages. Eeyore would benefit from sharing a home with another dog (female only on general bully principles, please) who will be willing and able to play with him to keep him happy and healthy.
