Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Edward Jones, providing financial investment services, renewed their lease of 1,200 square feet of retail space from Better Food Land Investment Co., at Centerpointe Retail Center, 8720 N.E. Centerpointe Drive, Suite 218, Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

JP Morgan Chase, providing banking and financial services, has leased a 65,495-square-foot retail pad on a 20-year term from Andresen 63rd LLC, at Northeast 63rd Street and Andresen Road in Vancouver. Colleen Colleary of GVA Kidder Mathews represented the tenant; Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

William Dean Irvin, investor and developer, has purchased 5,000 square feet of surplus commercial land from the city of Vancouver for future development at Pocket Park, 108 E. Seventh St., Vancouver, for $146,000. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer; Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.
