La Center Farmers Market, for a license to sell wine at the market at Fourth and Aspen streets, La Center.

Shannon Wright, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at O’Shansky’s, 108 W. Eighth St., Vancouver.

Ronald Reagan Bond and Deborah Bond, for a license to sell beer and wine at Pig Heaven Barbecue, 2905 St. Johns Blvd., Vancouver.

Diane L. Cook, for a license to sell beer and wine at Diane’s Produce Market, 7702 N.E. 94th Ave., Vancouver.
