CTC Properties has purchased an 18,166-square-foot office building on 1.88 acres at 14300 S.E. First St., Vancouver, from CRP Properties. The purchase price was $1,680,000. Kevin Wingate-Pearse of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented the seller.

LEED Corporation has renewed their lease of 1,898 square feet of office space at EastRidge Business Park, 12606 N.E. 95th St., Vancouver. Byron Roselli and Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, specializing in staffing solutions for industrial clients, has leased 2,400 square feet of space at EastRidge Business Park, 11713 N.E. 99th St., Suite 1010, Vancouver. Rennie Dunn of Apex Real Estate Partners represented the tenant; Deborah Ewing, Byron Roselli and Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Rajeff Sports has leased 4,086 square feet of industrial space at Northgate Business Center, 7500 N.E. 16th Ave., Suite 1-C, Vancouver, from Nexus Properties. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt represented the landlord.

Sound Mortgage has leased 5,184 square feet of office space at Greenwood Office Center, Building One, 7710 N.E. Greenwood Drive, Suite 120, Vancouver, from Erickson Realty of Beaverton, Ore. Rich Sabel of CBRE represented the landlord and the tenant.
