Vancouver taxpayers may go to the Portland Internal Revenue Service office, 1220 S.W. Third Ave., from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 10 to meet with IRS employees to work out tax problems. The IRS will help taxpayers address economic hardships or claim any of the special tax breaks in the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
