Hennesie is an affectionate girl who loves nothing more than to snuggle up with people. She seems to be a wonderful lap cat, but since she can be a little shy, she would like to be able to come to you when she wants to snuggle. She would love nothing more than a quiet home with a human companion or two to keep her company.
Meet Cara! She is an 8-year-old female beagle. Cara was transferred to us from another shelter. She is a very sweet and loving girl. She wants nothing more than to lie around the house and get attention. Remember, Cara is a beagle and she loves to have her nose to the ground when she is outside. Because of this, her new home will have to have a fully fenced yard.
These pets are among those available for adoption from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Humane Society for Southwest Washington, 1100 N.E. 192nd Ave., Vancouver.
