How bad’s your fence? Really, really bad?
Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking, based in Hillsboro, Ore., but with stores in Vancouver and elsewhere, is sponsoring a regional Ugliest Fence contest. The winner gets 100 feet of new fencing materials. Labor, gates and caps are not included. It’s in honor of Rick’s 30th anniversary.
