Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Andersen Dairy has purchased a 12,460-square-foot building on 5.21 acres from Caples Crossing LLC at 15200 N.E. Caples Road, Brush Prairie. The purchase price was $1,100,000. Bill Connelly and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

Arturo and Carolina Huerta have leased 6,751 square feet of retail space at Bridgeport Center, 316 S.E. 123rd Ave., Suite D-11, Vancouver, for a Mexican restaurant. The anticipated move-in date is Sept. 1. Pam Lindloff and Gina Barendrick of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Butcher Boys, a custom butcher shop, has purchased a 5,000-square-foot retail building and a 25,000-square-foot lot at 4710 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, and will relocate from their existing store. The purchase price was $485,000. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer and the seller.

Denny Heck for Congress, a political campaign office, has leased 2,200 square feet of office space at Orchards Center, 10621 N.E. Coxley Drive, Suite 103, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Muddy Paws Do It Yourself Dog Wash has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Padden Market Center, 13501 N.E. 84th St., Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant and the landlord.

NFN Investments has purchased Anderson Senior Estates, a 37-unit, single-story apartment complex at 538 N.E. Anderson Road, Vancouver, from the Wanda Albrici Trust. The purchase price was $1,675,000. Charlie Kleier of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer and the seller.

Orchards Market has renewed its lease of 2,250 square feet of retail space at 5620 N.E. Gher Road, Vancouver. Laura Pallin of Bluestone & Hockley Real Estate Services represented the tenant.

Paramount Bedding, a mattress and bed business, has leased 5,500 square feet of retail space at Heritage Market Center, 6700 N.E. 162nd Ave., Suite 701, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord. Ed Chadwick of Chadwick Co. Real Estate represented the tenant.
