The Health Professions Quality Assurance office of the Washington State Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.
In May, the Nursing Commission charged registered nurse Margaret M. Barr with unprofessional conduct. She allegedly failed to comply with terms and conditions set against her license.
In May, the Nursing Commission amended the statement of charges against registered nurse Phyllis L. Cimino. She was convicted of offering false instrument for a filing or record.
