Fairgrounds Neighborhood Association, 7 p.m., Community of Christ Church, 400 N.E. 179th St.: Discussion on public transportation issues including C-Tran’s long-term and short-range plans, the 139th Street Park and Ride and the Columbia River Crossing Project.

Ogden Neighborhood Association, 6 to 8 p.m., Peter S. Ogden Elementary School, 8100 N.E. 28th St.: Jesse Batty from Friends of Trees will talk about spring tree planting plus discussion on the schedule of events for the year.
