Paul Rensberger, new owner and operator of Dolce Gelato, a cafe, has secured 1,446 square feet of space from Esther Condo LLC at 535 W. Eighth St., Vancouver. Trevor Sosky of Keller Williams represented the landlord; KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.
J. Williams Enterprises, providing in-home senior care services, has leased 1,582 square feet of office space from The Timbers at 9120 N.E. Vancouver Mall Loop, Suite 240, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Feb. 1. Dave Brown with Columbia Commercial represented the landlord; Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.
