ACGI Shipping has leased 1,387 square feet of office space at 801 C St., Vancouver, from Laeroc C Street Vancouver LLC. Tamara Fuller of Norris Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant; Lynda Clarke of GVA Kidder Mathews represented the landlord.
A Real Find Design has leased 2,000 square feet of space at Battle Ground Plaza, 717 W. Main St., Battle Ground, from Elliott Associates. Jamie Nelson of Elliott Associates represented the tenant and the landlord.
Continental Loan/Jewelry, a pawn shop, has leased 4,700 square feet of retail space at Orchards Center, 10621 N.E. Coxley Drive, Suite 211, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.
Greg Gage has purchased 5,000 square feet of commercial land to be used for auto sales at 8515 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver, from Sam Knapp Sr. The purchase price was $450,000. Ron Kawamoto of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller and the buyer.
