The Health Professions Quality Assurance office of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In March, the Licensed Athletic Trainer Program terminated the order of probation against Brian Keith Apling.

In March, the Nursing Commission charged registered nurse Lynette E. Rodd with unprofessional conduct. On her reactivation application, she allegedly failed to disclose the revocation of her credential to practice as a registered nurse in Oregon.
