Clark County Proposition No. 11
A resolution to submit a proposition to voters of Clark County authorizing a sales and use tax of one-tenth of 1 percent to Clark County and the incorporated cities of Clark County for public safety and criminal justice purposes.
La Center School District Proposition No. 5
A resolution of the Board of Directors of La Center School District No. 101, Clark County, Washington, providing for the submission to the voters of the district a special election of a proposition authorizing an excess tax levy to be made annually for three years commencing in 2022 for collection in 2023 of $2,635,172; in 2023 for collection 2024 of $2,819,501; and in 2024 for collection in 2025 of $3,016,734 for the district general fund to pay expenses of educational programs and operations.
Ridgefield School District Proposition No. 9
A resolution of the Board of Directors of Ridgefield School District No. 122, Clark County, Washington, providing for the submission to the qualified electors of whether excess taxes should be levied of $9,053,79 in 2022 for collection in 2023; $10,411,860 in 2023 for collection in 2024; and $11,611,283 in 2024 for collection in 2025, said excess taxes to pay part of the cost of eligible educational programs and operations in support of the district.
Clark-Cowlitz Fire Rescue Proposition No. 3
A resolution of the board of commissioners of Clark-Cowlitz Fire Rescue providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the district of a proposition authorizing an emergency medical services property tax levy not to exceed $0.50 Per $1,000.00 of assessed valuation, in addition to its regular property tax levy, for a period of six consecutive years beginning in 2022 and ending in 2027 to be collected in each succeeding year (2023-2028) to provide funds required by the district to enable the district to provide emergency medical services.
Clark County Fire Protection District No. 5
A resolution of the board of commissioners of Clark County Fire Protection District 5 providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the district of a proposition restoring the district's property tax levy to $1.25 per $1,000 of true and assessed valuation and establishing a limit factor of 6 percent or less subject to otherwise applicable statutory limitations foe the following five years.
Clark County Fire Protection District No. 6 Proposition No. 4
A resolution of the board of commissioners of Clark County Fire protection District No. 6 providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the district of a proposition authorizing the uninterrupted continuation of an emergency medical services property tax levy not to exceed $0.45 per $1,000 of a true and assessed valuation to its regular property tax levy, for a period of six consecutive years to be levied beginning in 2022 and ending in 2027 and to be collected in each succeeding year (2023-2028) to provide funds required by the district to enable the district to provide emergency services.
Clark County Fire Protection District No. 10 Proposition No. 2
A resolution of the board of commissioners of Clark County Fire Protection District No. 10 providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the district of a proposition establishing the district's property tax levy rate at $1.35 per $1,000 of true and assessed valuation and establishing a limit factor of the greater of 1 percent or the consumer price index subject to otherwise applicable statutory limitations for the following five years.
