Voting, sponsored by Athletes Corner, continues through Tuesday

Here are the nominees for The Columbian prep football player of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending Sept. 30.

Voting will continue until 8 p.m. Tuesday, with results announced in Wednesday’s edition of The Columbian.

To avoid vote manipulation, voting is restricted by IP address. That means people voting while connected to a public WIFI access may be unable vote. We suggest voting be done by private internet access or through your cellular provider.

WYATT HARSH, WOODLAND: Harsh passed for 272 yards and four touchdowns and rushed for 146 yards in the Beavers’ win over R.A. Long.

EVAN HONORE, LA CENTER: Honore caught two passes for 116 yards and two touchdowns and intercepted two passes on defense in the Wildcats’ win over King’s Way Christian.

JAYSON MADDUX, PRAIRIE: Maddux passed for 302 yards and two touchdowns and had touchdown runs of 22 and 10 yards in the Falcons’ win over Evergreen.

JOJO SIOFELE, UNION: Siofele rushed for 215 yards on just 12 carries and scored three touchdowns in the Titans’ win over Heritage.

QUADRESE TEAGUE, HUDSON’S BAY: Teague had kickoff returns for touchdowns of 87 and 88 yards in the Eagles’ loss to Mountain View.
