EVERETT — An Everett man has been charged with second-degree murder and first-degree assault after a knife attack.
Authorities said John Dimitri Kuljis, 31, cut two women’s throats with a knife. Barbara Decker, 78, died and her daughter Janine Shaffer, 62, was injured in the Feb. 19 attack in Decker’s home.
