Restaurants already revealed are Michael Jordan’s Steak House, Line & Lure Seafood Kitchen and Tap, sushi bar Longhouse and high-end restaurant Rose & Thorn.
Most of the restaurants are standalone and none of them are under a big company such as Michael Jordan’s or those bigger companies.
Three clothing stores were also made official Thursday, though The Columbian had previously reported on them.
Marshall Rousso will sell evening wear, shoes and handbags. That store already has one location at a casino owned by the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut, who is co-developing the Ilani casino.
Ruby Blue will feature “the hottest trends in costume jewelry, fashion and tech accessories — from casual styles to fully blinged-out designs,” casino officials said in the announcement.
And the last store, The Cowlitz Trading Post, is shaping up to be a catch-all store for other goods, souvenirs and tchotchkes. It will sell clothes, gifts, candy, cigarettes and “practically anything else a visitor may need.”
There is no official date yet for the grand opening of the 368,000-square-foot casino. Casino officials have said they hoped to open by mid-April, but representatives said Thursday that they expect to be open “late spring.”
The casino is west of Exit 16 on Interstate 5, near La Center.
