An early morning crash on the southbound Interstate 5 bridge has cleared, but is causing stop-and-go traffic backed up to Hazel Dell.
The crash was reported at about 4:40 a.m. and blocked the right and center lane of the interstate at the Oregon border for about an hour, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
Though the crash fully cleared by 6 a.m., traffic cameras show heavy backup to Hazel Dell.
