The Columbia River Economic Development Council elected its 2016 board of directors at its recent annual investor meeting.

• Chair: Greg Seifert, president and CEO, Biggs Insurance Services.

• Vice chair: Casey Wyckoff, president, LSW Architects.

• Immediate past chair: Tim Schauer, president, MacKay Sposito.

• Secretary: Lisa Lowe, shareholder, Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt.

• Treasurer: Lance Barrett, managing member, Barrett & Company.

The Free Clinic of Southwest Washington has appointed Jan Redding to its board of directors. Redding, a Vancouver resident, has been with Vancouver Public Schools for the past 21 years as assistant director of the Foundation for Vancouver Public Schools, working on partnership development and special events for the nonprofit.

Bruce Davidson, president of Davidson & Associates Insurance, has been elected president of the Safeco Insurance Advisory Council for the Northwest Region for 2016. He also will serve on Safeco’s national council.
