Letter: Coincidence is stirring

Remember the 1976 film “The Omen?” Gregory Peck and Lee Remick played the parents of a little boy who they later discover to be the Antichrist. That boy’s name was Damien Thorn, and the number of the beast in his hairline was proof that he was indeed the Antichrist.

Speaking of hairlines, Donald Trump has the same initials and the same amount of letters in his first and last name as the boy in the movie. Coincidence? The Bible says that the Antichrist will come and deliver false promises. I would like to have a talk with Trump’s barber.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
