Girls basketball: Washougal 59, Hockinson 50

Beyonce Bea scored 18 points and had 10 rebounds to lead the visiting Panthers to the 2A Greater St. Helens League win.

Washougal (10-2, 4-0) gradually built its lead throughout the game. The Panthers never trailed in the second half after leading by seven at halftime.

RaeAnn Allen and Alyssa Blankenship each scored 14 points for Washougal.

Payton Wanger led Hockinson (4-8, 2-2) with 17 points.
