Isabel Luke hit a game-winning free throw with two seconds left as Battle Ground rallied for an overtime win.

With 20 seconds left in OT, Battle Ground’s Brianna Adams tied the game with a 3-pointer from well behind the line.

Mountain View missed its subsequent shot and the Thunder were whistled for a foul while going for the rebound.

“They got two key plays when they had to,” Mountain View coach Mat Clark said. “I don’t think anybody played poorly in the overtime. It was a good game between two teams that played hard.”

Battle Ground outscored Mountain View 19-12 in the fourth quarter. Adams led the Tigers with 15 points and Kylie Smith added 13.

With the road win, Battle Ground (5-13, 4-7) has won two of its last three 4A Greater St. Helens League games.

Hailey Hartney scored 20 points to lead Mountain View (11-8, 5-6).
