PRINDLE — Hikers are expected to be faced with significant delays on the Cape Horn trail in western Skamania County from Monday through Aug. 25 due to construction work.
Volunteers will be moving, placing and constructing a log bridge over a boggy area near the trailhead, according to Teresa Robbins, president of the Cape Horn Conservancy.
