ACME Auto Repair and Exhaust is leasing 8,000 square feet of industrial space at 7301 N.E. Highway 99, Suite 2, Vancouver, from Ziegler Enterprises. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial & Associates represented both parties.
Speedy Auto Glass is leasing 4,000 square feet of industrial space at Vancouver Business Park, 3315 N.E. 112th Ave., Vancouver. Coleman Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the tenant, and Garret Harper of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.
