• Northwest Financial & Tax Solutions has added three professionals to its staff. David Topper, associate financial advisor, brings more than 20 years’ experience in the financial industry, including employment with Edward Jones and Wells Fargo. Jason Lambert, associate financial advisor, was most recently an assistant vice president with Merrill Lynch. Monie Holmes, certified public accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, was most recently senior accountant at Marina and Co., a CPA firm.

Anne Sibley, business insurance account manager for Davidson & Associates, was among 15 agents in the Northwest region selected for a two-year term on the Liberty Mutual Frontline Advisory Council. Sibley joined Vancouver-based Davidson in 2012 and has 33 years’ experience in the insurance industry.

Wendy Lenz has been hired by YWCA Clark County as the new director of Court Appointed Special Advocates of Vancouver, where she will oversee staff and nearly 200 volunteers who advocate for children involved in the dependency court system. Lenz served as interim director for six months and prior to that was a CASA program specialist. She also served three years as an advocate for the SafeChoice domestic violence program of the YWCA Clark County.

iQ Credit Union was recognized for its marketing programs at the May 7 Northwest Credit Union Association’s annual Spectrum Awards dinner. iQ received first place for its “No Monkey Business” membership packet and honorable mention awards for two crossmedia campaigns. The Spectrum Awards highlight achievements in credit union communications, public relations and marketing in Washington and Oregon. iQ has 15 branches in Southwest Washington.
