Columbia Machine sets hiring event for Aug. 3

A hiring event for Columbia Machine, the Vancouver-based manufacturer of concrete products equipment and material handling solutions, is set for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 3 at WorkSource, 5411 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 15, Vancouver.

The company is hiring for a variety of positions, according to a news release from the Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council. Those include applications engineer; assembly technician; CNC machinist; CNC programmer; fabricator; field service engineer; field service technician; IT director; robotic systems control engineer IV; and senior manufacturing engineer.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, should bring copies of their résumé and should dress as they would for a job interview.
