Seattle’s offense wasn’t at its best for much of the Nov. 9 game against the New York Giants. Russell Wilson threw two interceptions and Seattle fumbled three times, losing one.
But the Seahawks offense has always relied on Lynch when the going gets tough. And he delivered on this day.
Lynch rushed for a career-high four touchdowns and a season-high 140 yards. His final score, a 16-yard gash through the Giants secondary, gave the Seahawks a 14-point lead midway through the fourth quarter. Seattle would win 38-17.
