2. Golden ticket
Journey to a world of pure imagination during “Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka Jr.,” presented by Journey Theater Arts Group. Charlie Bucket is one of the five children to discover a golden ticket in a chocolate bar, getting the rare chance to tour the famous Wonka factory and meet its mysterious candy maker. Bee experts Sherian Wright and Jacqueline Freeman will talk about the insects they admire during All About Bees. Wright, the author of “Mason Bees for the Backyard Gardener,” has studied bees for more than 10 years. Freeman, the author of “The Song of Increase,” is a pioneer in natural beekeeping.
