Letter: Dismayed by delivery delay

On Feb. 10, we received 14 Christmas cards from friends and family, postmarked from Dec. 12 to Dec. 21. Way to go, Camas Post Office — they must have a dead letter file that is six feet deep. Friends have been asking if we received their Christmas cards — since mid-December. How can this happen?
