Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

3D/4D Baby Breath Ultrasound Studio has leased 838 square feet at McLoughlin Plaza, 301 E. McLoughlin Blvd., Suite C, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Jan. 1. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

AB Nails Spa has leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at 10303 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Pam Lindloff and R. Tom Smith of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Edward Jones & Co. has leased 974 square feet of office space at Felida Village, 3604 N.E. 119th Ave., Vancouver. R. Tom Smith of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Mike Giammanco of DTZ represented the tenant.

Maya Paradise Massage Therapy has leased 665 square feet of medical office space at 9106 N.E. Highway 99, Suite G, Vancouver. R. Tom Smith of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Mount Tabor Brew Pub has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at Felida Village, 3600 N.E. 119th Ave., Vancouver. R. Tom Smith of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and John C. Lee of JLL represented the tenant.

Pines Coffee and Tea has leased 1,450 square feet of retail space at Felida Village, 3602 N.E. 119th Ave., Vancouver. R. Tom Smith of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, represented the landlord and Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the tenant.

SEIU HealthCare has leased 2,300 square feet of office space at 316 S.E. 123rd Ave., Vancouver. Pam Lindloff and R. Tom Smith of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Barton S. Sloan has leased 822 square feet of office space at 221 N.E. Park Plaza Drive, Suite 200, Vancouver. R. Tom Smith of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant and Kristin Hammond of CBRE represented the landlord.

Ten Talents Investments 4 has purchased 5.57 acres at 11600 N.E. 112th Ave., Vancouver, from Foundation Bank. The purchase price was $723,250. Gordon Lewis and Steve Mack of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Tri-State Truck & Equipment renewed its lease at 10013 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver. R. Tom Smith of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, represented both parties.
